We ship our glass mousepads to addresses across the specified service regions. Delivery times vary based on location and custom artwork processing requirements. SmoothTap is not responsible for courier delays beyond our direct control.
Due to the fragile nature of glass mousepads and the personalized nature of custom orders, all sales are generally final. Returns or replacements are only issued if the product arrives damaged or defective, provided photographic proof is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
